Lime Essential Oil

Lime Essential Oil, Citrus aurantifolia, is cold pressed from the peels of the fruit. It possesses a fresh, citrusy aroma that is unmistakably lime. Lime Essential Oil offers the same therapeutic and blending properties of Lemon Oil, and can be used in much the same way. As with Lemon Essential Oil, Lime Oil is highly versatile and blends well with other citrus essential oils and oils in the mint, floral, wood, herbaceous and spice families.

Strong photosensitizer. Formulations containing Lime Essential Oil should not be used on the skin within 4 hours of exposure to the sun.
